Due to the specialized nature of construction machinery products, this policy primarily applies to B2B procurement and commercial use.
II. Acceptable Return Circumstances
We may accept returns or negotiate refunds under the following circumstances:
- The product exhibits manufacturing defects upon delivery that impair normal equipment operation
- The received product model or primary configuration does not match the contract/order specifications
- Severe damage caused by transportation (requires photographic or video evidence provided immediately upon receipt)
Notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt and provide relevant evidence for the above situations.
III. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds are generally not accepted under the following circumstances:
Equipment has been put into use and shows significant operating hours
Damage caused by improper customer operation, maintenance, or external factors
Wear-and-tear parts resulting from normal use (e.g., filter elements, seals, consumables)
Equipment returned without prior written consent from SENDEMACH
Custom-configured equipment or items specially manufactured per customer specifications

Provide order details, equipment serial number, and a description of the issue
Provide clear photos or videos for technical verification
Upon confirmation, we will provide further return instructions or solutions
Equipment returned without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

For equipment confirmed eligible for return, refund amounts will be assessed based on equipment condition, shipping costs, and related expenses
International shipping fees, customs duties, and clearance charges are generally non-refundable
Refunds will be processed via the agreed method upon mutual agreement.
